Muito bom, prático, fácil de acessar e guardar os "favoritos". Tem resumos diários enviados para seu e-mail além de anúncios novos. É possível colocar uma nota pessoal no anúncio que você gostou ou não, para melhor se organizar durante a procura por uma nova casa. Adorei!!

I love using this app! I get email updates about new places based on my filtered searches. Can’t wait to be able to follow through and get a property

The app is 100x better than the web version. It truly is intuitive and fluid

First outright, I love the app and the website and it’s extremely helpful, but one filter it is lacking is energy efficiency of the houses (which you have in the apartment listing but not as a filter. This is extremely important for many reasons, including heating and cooling costs, but also to incentivize more energy efficient homes/retrofitting. This filter is 100% possible because you already have the data, just need to include a filter in the UI. In one sprint you have it released

The app UI is great, looks very organized when searching for house BUT I immediately DELETED it after i saw all the tracking they collect, the idealista app can even track you when you use other apps and website even with VPN .. Make a google search and see .. please idealista STOP the tracking and be a respectful company Thanks

Before the latest update, the app wasn’t functional to search for homes outside of my country, but now it works great. Thanks idealista app team!

The perfect app to find a place to stay in Spain/Portugal!

I've not seen a single improvement on this app since i've been using it... the land search is still buggy... the scroll resets after scrolling down to 10th position or so, there are NO FILTERS FOR LAND SIZES, which is CRITICAL for finding houses... this idealista team is a joke. if this was a US company it would have never been able to compete - what a joke.

We are looking into moving to Portugal and this has been so helpful to give us an idea of what’s available.

Honestly, after months of looking for an apartment - Ive found Idealista difficult to navigate - many listings. But who’s in charge?

The Idealista app is a terrific way to search for properties around the world, and can be set to translate listings and email notifications into English. A large array of filters—locations, #s of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, views, etc. allows very precise search parameters. The ONLY thing I wish the developers would add is how much LAND accompanies a property. I am seeking something with at least ¼ acre, and have to scroll through the additional information to try to find it.

The best app to search for properties of any kind. Sometimes not so good with the details like in the USA, but much better than the other ones.

Lots of updated information.

Most of the homes are terrible ones that promoters who get paid to relist the same properties over and over so you see them dozens of times in the same search. They post properties that are already sold to lure you in and show you something ugly or way more expensive than what you want

I use this app almost every day. I will travel to Portugal and Spain next spring. When I go I’ll have a head start!

Excellent app for Italian homes for sale and to rent.

90% of rental listings are fakes in my area of interest are fakes and are being removed by Idealista within the same day. The market is hot, and people are trying to respond to listings within hours if not minutes. Just to learn right after they shared their personal information that the listing is fraudulent. This business model does NOT work. Idealista must pre-screen listing posters to be sure they are listing legitimate properties, but as it would require some additional effort, Idealista is not willing to do it.

No solo es fascinate ver lo que hay (inmobilaria) en las ciudades con que soñamos, sino tambien tener la información necesaria para formar un plan de compra.
